  • This is really a very useful tool. When I got to the part where the author related his own “awakening” from fear and stress, the light bulb in my head went on. Still working my way through the book but can see my way much better now. 
  • Let me start with saying, this is a really good book! I read through a lot of the reviews and it helped me decided that this book would be worth the read and it really was! I have read through it once and I find myself going back through it as it has a lot of information. This book is a very good, easy read and has a lot of practical and helpful “tools” that I now use when I find myself starting to stress out.

  • We work in a high-pace, stressful environment at Cisco. To be able to remind myself daily that I am in control, regardless of the tasks in front of me, will make me a better employee.
  • This training has changed my life! That sounds dramatic, but in the past few days, my whole perspective and approach has been dramatically different. I am making a conscious effort to shift my attitude and approach to all that I do. So far, it has given me such peace and hope. It is really a healing and inspiring course. As a highly trained cardiac nurse, I have heard many different  approaches to stress management and actualization of total wellness, but none of them reached me the way this has.
